Tuna Sliders


1 can of Rio Mare Tuna
1 1/2 Green onions sliced (white and green parts)
1/2 stalk celery chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
6 mini burger buns

Toppings (optional)
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Pickles (or siders)

Tuna in Olive Oil



    In a large bowl, combine the tuna with the onions, celery, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    Cut the buns in 2 (horizonal)

    Scoop onto the bun base and top with any desired toppings. Place the top on.

    Serve cold with extra pickles.
