Tuna Fish Sandwich
Ingredients
1 Can Rio Mare Tuna
1⁄4 cup of cream cheese
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 cucumber cut in slices
4 Pieces of white bread
1⁄4 cup of cream cheese

Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; mix well. Chill several hours.
Line 4 slices bread with cucumber; top each with 1⁄4 tuna mixture and top with remaining bread.
In a medium bowl, combine Tuna, cream cheese and egg. Chill for several hours.
Line 4 slices bread with cucumber; top each with 1⁄4 tuna mixture and top with remaining bread.
To serve with a bowl of baked chips / or and / Red Apple / Edamame
