Maize and Tuna SALATUNA with Rocket, Apples and Breadcrumbs

1 red apple
2 160g bowls of Rio Mare Salatuna Maize & Tuna
2 slices of fresh bread

Preparation
1. Dice the bread, season it with oil and pepper, and then place into a hot, non-stick frying pan. Let roast until golden and crisp.
2. Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and the stalk, slice them and season with oil and salt.
3. Place the apples in a bowl together with rocket, add Rio Mare Salatuna Maize & Tuna, mix together well, add the toasted bread and serve.
