Light Tuna Salad with Red Onion and Orange

INGREDIENTS (FOUR SERVINGS)

  • 100 g of drained Rio Mare Tuna in Brine
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 red onion, finely slice
  • 5 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper

PREPARATION

Peel orange above a bowl to gather any drops of orange juice.
Mix orange juice, oil, dill and onion in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Place tuna on a plate with orange mixture and garnish with dill. Serve immediately.

FOR A COMPLETE AND LIGHT MEAL:

Serve Tuna Salad with Red Onion and Orange along with 60g of spaghetti, dressed with plenty of fresh basil-flavor tomato sauce and 1 low-fat yogurt.

A delicious, light meal, packed with proteins and vitamins.
