Fill a large pot with water, add salt and bring to a boil, add pasta and cook.
Cut peppers into small pieces.
Thinly slice leek and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add leek, cook for a couple of minutes, add potato season with salt.
Stir in peppers and cherry tomatoes, cook for about 10 minutes.
Season with minced parsley and olives.
Remove from heat. Add drained pasta and several tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
Add drained Rio Mare Tuna, mix well and serve hot.
Instead of olives, add a tablespoon of capers.
